1. The service
supersede.lol sells positions on a public leaderboard. Buying a position gets you a link, a title and a description displayed at a rank determined solely by what you paid relative to everyone else. Nothing more is promised.
2. Your listing
You confirm that you own or are permitted to promote what you list, that the destination matches your description, and that the content is lawful. You keep all rights to your own material and grant us permission to display it on the board while your listing is live.
3. Payment
Bids are one-time, non-refundable payments taken at the time you place them. Processing fees are shown before you confirm. If a payment fails or is reversed, the listing is removed.
4. No guarantee of results
We do not promise traffic, clicks, conversions or revenue. Reported click counts are best-effort measurements provided for information only. Your position can be taken by another bidder at any moment.
5. Removal
We may remove any listing that breaks the rules, misleads visitors, or exposes the service to legal risk, without a refund. We may also discontinue the board entirely, in which case live listings end without further obligation.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the ninety days before the claim arose.
7. Changes
These terms may change. The date below reflects the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
